The Design Process

01.

Design Brief & Mood Boards
Week 1*

I’ll send you through my comprehensive branding questionnaire - an online form that tells me everything I need to know about your business, what’s important to you, the design aesthetic and brand personality you’re looking for and the details of what you want included in your website.

02.

Brand Development
Week 2-3*

Based on the mood board, I present a number of brand concepts to you, and together we refine the designs until we’ve landed on the prefect one for your business. When you’ve approved the designs you’ll receive all the files in transparent background PNG files and EPS vector files too, as well as a style guide with all your brand guidelines.

03.

Website Development
Week 4-5*

I use the information I gathered at from the branding questionnaire to build a website on Squarespace that makes your brand come to life. I create websites that are beautiful, not generic, and with real personality injected into them in a human and tasteful way. Let’s put it this way; it’s not going to look like you got AI to make your website for you.

*Please note, the timelines here are a guideline. Some project take longer and some are shorter, mostly depending on how responsive you are with giving feedback, and how quickly I receive all the information from you that I need. If you need yours completed in a shorter time frame, just let me know.

FAQs

No problem, I have website only packages too. Or if you have an existing logo you want refreshed we can work with what you’ve got and renovate your brand.
Six pages covers most new businesses comfortably, but if you need more (or want to add an online store down the track), that's easy to quote separately, it won't hold up the rest of your package.
Most Startup Suites run over about 4-5 weeks from our first chat to launch, though this can flex around you; if you need it faster or you're not in a rush, just let me know.
That's exactly what the moodboard stage is for. We explore a few different directions together before any logo concepts are created, so you're not committing until something feels right. Revisions on your chosen direction are unlimited.
Yes! Everything is delivered to you as PNG and vector (EPS) files via Google Drive, so you have full ownership and can use them anywhere, forever.
Usually I ask for a 50% deposit before I begin work and the remaining balance is due once the project is complete. If you need a different arrangement just ask.
